What we handle

Your agreement defines the users, devices, systems, and protections we manage. The service can include:

  • Identity protection, MFA, and privileged access.
  • Endpoint security and threat monitoring.
  • Email and phishing protection.
  • Backup monitoring and coverage checks.
  • Security awareness training, patch posture, encryption, and security configuration.

We monitor the agreed protections, validate coverage as your environment changes, correct routine problems, and verify the result. Monthly reporting shows what is protected, what we found, what we corrected, and what needs your decision.

We check what should be protected

A dashboard may show that installed tools are working. It may not tell you that a new computer is missing protection or an account was created without MFA.

During recurring checks of customer environments, we have found improperly deployed endpoint protection, accounts without MFA, and licenses still assigned after employees left. We investigated those findings and made the appropriate corrections.

That continuing work is the value: actual coverage checked and routine gaps corrected on your behalf. See why firms choose IT Assure.

Getting started without taking over your team's time

Onboarding is usually completed within 30 days of starting, depending on your environment, access, and additional remediation. We put the agreed protections under management, address agreed initial gaps, and verify coverage.

Plan for a few hours of coordination during onboarding, about 10 minutes to review each monthly report, and about one hour for scheduled reviews—quarterly or twice yearly, as agreed. These are typical management estimates; incidents, projects, employee security steps, and required approvals can need more involvement.

Your existing IT team or provider can continue supporting general IT and business applications. We agree the access, authority, and coordination needed to manage cybersecurity alongside them.

Stay because we do a good job

No long-term service contract. If our service is not meeting your expectations, you can leave with 30 days' notice. We want to earn your continued business through the work we do.

Support when prevention is not enough

Even well-managed cybersecurity cannot eliminate every risk of a breach. If an incident occurs, we help your firm respond and recover.

Depending on your service agreement, recovery assistance may include technical recovery work, cash assistance, service credits, or reimbursement for eligible recovery costs. This support is intended to help address recovery needs while your firm works through any applicable cyber-insurance claim.

Limitations apply. Eligibility, covered assistance, limits, exclusions, and claim conditions are defined in your service agreement. This support does not replace cyber insurance or guarantee insurance coverage or payment.

Clear scope. Clear decisions.

We handle the routine cybersecurity work included in your service. You retain business decisions, access approvals, and employee cooperation responsibilities. When additional authorization or work is needed, we explain the issue and recommend the next step.

The standard service is not unlimited IT support, every technology project, compliance certification, penetration testing, advanced forensics, sophisticated incident response, or specialized security engineering. Such work requires separate scope unless expressly included in your agreement. Fees, offboarding obligations, and any recovery assistance are documented before service begins.

IT Assure does not determine insurance eligibility, premiums, policy interpretation, underwriting decisions, or claim payment.

Choose a useful next step

Explore seven questions about your protections with the optional Quick Self-Check. Its results reflect your answers; it is not a technical inspection or compliance certification.

Take the Quick Self-Check

Ready to talk? In an approximately 30-minute Cybersecurity Review, we discuss your concerns and decide whether further validation or managed service makes sense. Technical validation is a separate step. If your existing team already provides mature cybersecurity management, an additional service may not be needed.
