Pricing and coverage details
Onboarding and monthly fees. Prices are per seat, per month. A minimum of 10 seats is required. A one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee is charged in addition to monthly service fees and quoted separately before you commit. Your proposal defines the covered users, devices, systems, and any additional work.
Eligible-insurance discounts. Discounts apply to IT Assure service fees for firms maintaining eligible cyber liability insurance. Eligibility must be confirmed; holding a cyber liability policy alone does not automatically qualify your firm. The discount does not reduce your insurance premium.
Volume discounts may be available. Any applicable volume discount and your final pricing will be confirmed in your proposal.
Service terms. A service agreement defines the scope, cancellation requirements, and any separately approved third-party commitments.
* Incident-protection benefits apply to qualifying events and are subject to eligibility requirements, coverage limits, sublimits, exclusions, and claim conditions. Benefits do not replace cyber liability insurance or guarantee payment.
† Premium incident remediation is limited to the covered systems, work, and labor specified in your service agreement. It is not unlimited incident response or recovery. Work outside the agreed scope is addressed separately.
