Mark

As CEO of IT Assure, Mark leads with the mantra "Follow the Plan, Follow the Process, Keep Going," driving the company forward with purpose and persistence. Outside of work, he draws inspiration from meditation and Buddhism, and he’s even mastered the unique skill of riding a unicycle. For Mark, being CEO of IT Assure is a dream come true, and he finds relaxation through reading, meditating, and watching movies.

Alex

As Vice President of IT Assure, Alex drives the technical direction of the company, ensuring every solution aligns with business needs. Guided by the mantra "Everything is possible," he brings a unique perspective to challenges—often seeing things differently and even performing marriage ceremonies on occasion! Outside of work, Alex enjoys live music, writing, and indulging in Sci-Fi entertainment when he's not dreaming of traveling the stars or catching up on sleep.

Louis

As an Account Manager at IT Assure, Louis lives by the mantra "Patience and forgiveness," bringing a thoughtful approach to his work. Outside of work, he finds inspiration from his family. While he doesn't claim any special skills, Louis is a history buff with a passion for reading historical non-fiction. He dreams of one day driving trucks or operating heavy equipment like bulldozers. When it’s time to unwind, Louis tends to his small garden, enjoys bird watching with his wife, and reads a couple of books each month—usually history or classic science fiction.

Jon

As a Systems Technician at IT Assure, Jon approaches his work with a "Live and let live" attitude, bringing calm and balance to every challenge. Outside of the office, he draws inspiration from his friends and family and has a unique talent for balancing things on the tip of his finger. Jon dreams of learning to fly a plane, but for now, he loves to relax by finding a comfy spot on the sofa.

Catherine

As a Support Engineer at IT Assure, Catherine lives by the mantra "trust the process," bringing patience and dedication to her work. Outside of the office, she draws inspiration from creativity and yoga, embracing both mindfulness and imagination. A skilled swim coach, Catherine dreams of going on a world tour to experience every cuisine. When it's time to unwind, she enjoys hanging out with her cats.

Kasia

As a Revenue Associate at IT Assure, Kasia lives by the wisdom of several quotes, believing that "your life is a result of the choices you make." Inspired by the preciousness of life, she aims to live with as few regrets as possible. Known for her multitasking and time management skills, Kasia dreams of traveling to Poland with her family to share her childhood memories. At home, she finds peace spending time with her husband and two boys—whether it’s dancing, playing games, or cooking together.

Keeghan

As our Operations Lead at IT Assure, Keeghan embraces the mantra "Just keep swimming," bringing persistence and a calm focus to every project. Outside of work, she finds inspiration in books and is known for making the best campfire s’mores. Dreaming of traveling the world, Keeghan loves to unwind by getting lost in a great book.

Lucas

As a Business Development professional at IT Assure, Lucas embodies the mantra "Keep Moving Forward," always seeking new opportunities and growth. Outside of work, he finds inspiration on the golf course, where he enjoys the challenge of the game. A talented guitarist, Lucas dreams of sharing his business knowledge with others. When it’s time to unwind, he loves nothing more than sitting at home with his wife, watching their favorite show together.

Joanne

As Assistant General Manager at IT Assure, Joanne trusts her intuition to guide her through challenges, believing in her ability to overcome even her greatest fears. Outside of work, she draws inspiration from music and nature, finding joy in both cooking and planting. Dreaming of traveling the world, Joanne loves to unwind by experimenting in the kitchen and nurturing her garden.

Alejandro

As the Marketing Coordinator at IT Assure, Alejandro embraces the mantra "Keep it simple," focusing on clarity and creativity in his work. Outside of work, he finds inspiration from being outside and going places. Talented in videography, Alejandro dreams of taking a commercial flight to space one day. When he wants to unwind, he loves indulging in good movies, savoring delicious food, and going for walks.
