Protect client confidentiality without making cybersecurity another daily management task.
Client documents, matter information, and confidential correspondence move through the accounts and devices your team uses every day.
IT Assure manages the security protections supporting that work. We monitor them, check coverage as people and devices change, and correct routine security gaps.
Your partners and administrators receive a clear monthly summary of the work completed and any decisions needed. Your existing providers can continue supporting general IT and legal applications.
Seven questions. Start on your own—no meeting required.

Protect the accounts and devices that reach client information
An account without the expected protection or a laptop missing endpoint security can create exposure even when the firm has purchased the right tools.
We repeatedly compare the agreed user and device population with actual security coverage, follow through on routine covered issues and verify the correction.
We handle the security work. Your firm makes the business decisions.
We manage and maintain the protections included in your service. Your firm decides who should have access to client and matter information, and approves changes that require a business decision.
When we need that decision, we explain the issue and recommend the next action.
Questions requiring a broader permissions redesign, application project or specialist advice are scoped separately.
Know what needs attention
Reporting shows the status of covered protections, gaps identified, corrections completed and actions that need your decision. The aim is practical visibility into the security work being performed.

Questions law firms ask
Can we keep our current IT and legal application providers?
Yes. Cyber Defensibility focuses on the cybersecurity controls agreed in the engagement. Your existing resources can continue handling general IT and legal applications, with responsibilities and required access defined together. Practice-management support and eDiscovery are not automatically included.
How do you check which accounts and devices are protected?
We establish the intended users and devices within the agreed scope and compare them with actual control coverage. When a routine covered gap is found, we correct it and check the result. Your firm helps keep the expected user and device information current as people and technology change.
Who decides access to client and matter information?
Your firm makes those access decisions. We help implement and validate the technical controls included in the engagement. A broader permissions redesign or application-specific project is scoped separately. The service does not certify professional compliance or guarantee legal privilege.
Is the Cybersecurity Review a technical audit?
No. It is an approximately 30-minute business conversation about your current arrangements, responsibilities and concerns. If selected controls warrant a closer look, a separate, limited Security Control Validation may be proposed. You do not need every technical answer before the Review.
What happens when a security gap needs more than a routine correction?
We explain the gap and the next action needed. Routine covered corrections are handled within the agreed service; larger projects, specialist work and decisions requiring your approval are scoped or escalated separately.
